Family Reunion Day One

This is day one of the Wallace-Miller Family Reunion. It is so much fun and such a hoot to be with all these people. It started Friday. And what do you do in Texas on a SUPER SUPER SUPER hot Friday Night?? SWIM. All the kids went swimming as did some adults. It was fun to see the cousins all interact.

This is Macie jumping off the rocks of the hot tub into the pool. All the kids were doing it while all the parents would cringe in fear of not jumping out far enough and hitting the rocks. I would not let Haylee do it at all, which she was kinda upset about but got over it really quick.
After swimming for a while we got out and all hung out around the pool. This was about 930 or 10 that night. It was really nice outside. Thanks Aaron for getting me in the picture. Poor Haylee was having a hard night. No nap and then a bunch of people at her house and I made her give up her pink life jacket to Makenna, Macie's sister who is a few days older then Haylee. (yes haylee is swimming floatie free) This was hard for her even though she is fine without it and didn't want to wear it in the first place. It was nice having her all cuddled up in my lap sitting outside.

I asked aaron if he was getting me in the pictures. He told me no, but the picture above was also taken by him. This one of Haylee was just so cute. We went to bed about 1045 or so and it took MOMENTS for her to totally pass out.
