craigslist
Yes, you read that right... craigslist. I LOVE it. My Michael has this rent house that he just finished "fixing" up. (or fixing what the last renters destroyed plus some) and here it sits empty. I thought to myself... List it on Craigslist. When I was looking for a place I went there a lot to look at what was out there. So I did... and BAM... in about 4 hours it was rented to what I think is going to be a great tenant. How awesome is that!!
