Weekend

This weekend has been a pretty good one... We didn't do much, just kinda hung out. We were supposed to go to dinner with my bestie Michelle and her man Shan, but she is a visual merchandiser manager for Dillards and this past week they lost 5 managers and so she got stuck working some AWFUL hours this weekend and we have to cancel! I am totally bummed because I had been looking forward to it for a long while. That's how it is though right?

Instead Chade went to his mom's. We went out to eat Friday and looked at some Christmas lights. Saturday we laid around the house that morning and then went to Cabella's for the afternoon. Haylee and Adam walked around and he told her about EVERYTHING in the store. We were there for over an hour and didn't buy a thing! It was alot of fun though. When we got home Haylee went to grandma's house for the night... this was the original plan and even though dinner fell through we weren't going to let her plans through. Then me and Adam went to the store and got some dog food and laundry soap, rented a movie from red box came home and we just stayed in.

Today we woke up to phone calls from his parents and we met them for some weekend breakfast at Moe's. A favorite place of ours. Then we just sat there and checked out ad's in the paper. I love just hanging out and being with Adam. He drives me crazy and keeps me sane all in the same sentence. Even when I am grouchy I know he still loves me. Thank goodness!!

Now Chade and Haylee are home... Adam ran out on a call to help out a guy he works with... and me and the kids are at home. Chade playing bay blades, Haylee playing computer games... me blogging and doing the never ending task of laundry! Too bad tomorrow is Monday... back to work! :(
