Dinner was catered each night by all kinds of people. This night was pretty awesome. In comes a semi... and the top raises up and its a smoker grill. It smelled SO good. We couldn't wait till dinner time. The crew that came in was awesome. They were all so nice and helpful. It was nice when the catering place brought in their own crew (since we were hospitality we had a break to enjoy all that there was to enjoy).

I HAD to get up there to see it too. From the ground you can't see much of anything. The main guy welcomed me up there and showed me around. They even took pictures of me!! It was to much fun. It was so cold outside... Not to bad this night, but we always had to have our
blue shirts on the outside of all that we were wearing...so there were times we looked
puffy!
